GROUP TRAINING
Group training is fun, motivational and can often make fitness more affordable. We offer sessions indoor and outdoor which are available to groups of 3 or more at a rate of £9 per person. Boxercise, Assault course, Circuit training, Interval training and many more options available. Contact us for more details.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Easy to fit in, easy to book, fun, and always varied. We will work together to target problem areas, meet goals and keep you on top form! You won't ever get bored as each session can vary from Circuits, to high intensity interval training. Upper body work outs, lower body workouts, assault course cardio, Boxercise, bodyweight, free weight and resistance training. Indoor and outdoor, we have something to keep anyone motivated!
