'I CAN'T KEEP A FITNESS ROUTINE GOING BECAUSE OF CHILDCARE!'

We understand! Many parents (both mums and dads) have problems dedicating themselves to a fitness routine because of childcare. You start going to the gym and all of a sudden.. Summer holidays are here! 

 

After high demand from parents we decided to allow children a safe distance from their parents during sessions. As most of our sessions take place in safe open recreational areas.

To make things much easier we offer half hour sessions in addition to hour sessions, if your child is happy to play while we train - We are happy to accommodate*

 

An additional bonus to this scenario is that the child is positively influenced by being exposed to exercise and that can't be a bad thing! Feel relaxed and let us work with you. Remember, your PT has your back!

*Children are solely the responsibility of the parent and PT's will play no role in their care.

*Children must remain a safe distance from any equipment used by the PT & client.

*Any time spent conversing or tending to the child during your session will remain time used within your session.

*We do not advise you bring your child if the child is not happy to play and behave :-)
